About the Role
Jawa International Limited, a top-ranking pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Management Representative to join our dynamic quality assurance team. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in strict alignment with ISO frameworks.
- Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive internal audits across all company departments, delivering actionable audit reports.
- Conduct thorough supplier and vendor audits to verify adherence to company quality standards and regulatory mandates.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to guarantee timely and effective closure.
- Manage end-to-end document control processes, including the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of SOPs and ISO-related documentation.
- Administer change control, deviations, and non-conformance management protocols effectively.
- Support the coordination and preparation for regulatory inspections and external audits by bodies such as NAFDAC.
- Compile, analyze, and present vital quality performance metrics and management review reports to leadership.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Possession of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification by SON or another recognized regulatory body is required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in quality management or auditing within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of QMS frameworks, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Exceptional analytical, root-cause problem-solving, and advanced report-writing skills.
