We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Security Lead to oversee our security operations across the South East region. In this crucial role, you will be the guardian of our physical spaces, ensuring our offices remain safe, secure environments where our team can thrive without disruption.
Key Responsibilities- Safeguard employees, offices, and equipment by implementing robust regional security policies.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and design innovative risk-mitigation strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate private security guards and armed police personnel.
- Act as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency response services.
- Lead investigations into security breaches and accidents, delivering comprehensive incident reports.
- Design and deliver training programs on life-saving protocols and modern security technologies.
- Oversee automated security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control infrastructure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading security teams in a physical security company or as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisor in the military, police, or paramilitary.
- Bachelor degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
- Ability to speak local dialects of major tribes within the South East region.
- Demonstrated expertise working with automated security and surveillance systems.
