About the Role

Nkoyo Pharmaceuticals Limited, a leading Nigerian pharmaceutical company with over three decades of industry excellence, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmaceutical Trade Officer / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at our corporate headquarters in Lagos. In this strategic role, you will work directly under the Managing Director to oversee open-market activities, coordinate procurement, and streamline operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor open-market sales activities, market demand, sales trends, and product availability to identify items experiencing scarcity or limited supply.
  • Coordinate the procurement of goods, ensuring required pharmaceutical products are sourced and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track goods in production and transit, providing regular updates on shipment status, delivery timelines, and expected arrivals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis in open markets regarding pricing, product availability, promotional activities, and general market presence.
  • Monitor stock positions and stock-outs, liaising with relevant internal departments to guarantee seamless inventory replenishment.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs Officers to follow up on product registration, renewals, and documentation for new and existing portfolios.
  • Liaise with clearing agents to expedite the clearance and prompt delivery of imported pharmaceutical goods.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the overseas office, coordinating inter-departmental activities and supporting Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
  • Must be a registered Pharmacist with a strong understanding of open-market dynamics, particularly within the Idumota pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage procurement, supply chain tracking, and regulatory follow-ups effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with the capacity to work directly under the Managing Director.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and external agents.
