About the Role
MSI Reproductive Choices is a global leader in reproductive healthcare, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality services across 37 countries. In Nigeria, our teams work tirelessly to empower women and girls through accessible healthcare choices. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Security Advisor (RSA) for our South West region to support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of robust security management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide real-time updates on regional threat levels, risk assessments, and daily security statuses to the Line Manager and Security and Risk Advisor.
- Ensure physical security measures across all regional and state offices, premises, vehicles, and assets meet organizational standards.
- Maintain high levels of procedural security, including access control, visitor protocols, red zone travel planning, and pre-travel authorizations.
- Conduct thorough security briefings, debriefings, and incident management for all employees and visitors.
- Maintain strong liaison networks with local government security agencies and community stakeholders in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security and medical evacuation plans, ensuring clear communication channels and operational readiness.
- Provide 24/7 on-call real-time security support to the regional operations team and monitor field activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in security management or a related field.
- Proven practical experience in security assessment, planning, and implementation within an NGO or complex humanitarian context.
- Background experience in the military, police, or recognized security services in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, security training, and handling severe incidents in challenging environments.
