About the Role
Medcourt Support Services Limited is a leading, wholly indigenous health solutions company based in Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to transforming the medical support industry through innovative technologies and exceptional healthcare delivery. We are currently seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior MGPS Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of critical medical gas pipeline system projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical oversight across all Medcourt Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) projects from conception to completion.
- Review MGPS designs, architectural drawings, pipe sizing, routing, and system configurations to ensure absolute precision.
- Provide robust technical guidance, mentorship, and support to internal engineers, technicians, and MGPS installers.
- Guide site teams seamlessly through installation, rigorous testing, commissioning, and final system validation.
- Conduct thorough technical site inspections to identify potential issues early and support complex troubleshooting.
- Develop practical installation procedures, detailed checklists, and stringent quality assurance standards.
- Advise executive management proactively on technical risks, resource allocation, and manpower requirements.
- Extensive hands-on professional experience in MGPS design, installation, testing, commissioning, and validation.
- Demonstrated expertise in hospital and healthcare infrastructure project execution within Nigeria or internationally.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of relevant medical gas standards, with a strong emphasis on HTM 02-01.
- Deep understanding of medical-grade copper pipework, specialized brazing techniques, supports, valves, and terminal units.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor technical teams to build internal organizational capability.
