We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Security Advisor (RSA) - North West 3 to join our team in Nigeria and ensure the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and operations in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time regional threat level updates, risk assessments, and actionable security recommendations to management.
  • Ensure physical security measures are fully implemented across all regional and state offices, including perimeter security, safe rooms, and alarm systems.
  • Manage procedural security protocols such as access control, visitor logs, key management, and security guard oversight.
  • Maintain contextual awareness, build strong security networks, and liaise effectively with local government security agencies.
  • Develop, update, and test comprehensive security and medical evacuation plans for all operational areas.
  • Conduct thorough security briefings, debriefings, and incident investigations for all staff and visitors.
  • Monitor field team activities and remain on call to provide immediate crisis response and security support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in security management, criminology, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in threat assessment, safety planning, and NGO security management in complex environments.
  • Background experience in the Nigerian military, police, or recognized security service is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis response, security training, and managing severe security incidents in challenging regions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
