About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Regional Phone Business Manager - Retail to oversee our PayGo phone business across assigned regions in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will manage our network of Sun King Shops and partner stores, driving store productivity, merchandising excellence, and repayment performance while leading a team of dedicated Phone Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive regional sales delivery across Sun King Shops and Partner Stores by tracking daily performance and swiftly addressing unproductive outlets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise Phone Sales Executives to ensure optimal headcount, compliance, and stellar customer service.
- Maintain strict origination quality, monitoring customer screening, approved financing terms, and daily portfolio-at-risk metrics to minimize defaults.
- Manage end-to-end inventory across all regional stores, ensuring zero stock variance, secure custody, and adherence to top-tier merchandising standards.
- Foster strong relationships with partner store owners and coordinate seamlessly with regional agent channels to prevent operational conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a business-related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of experience in retail sales, telecommunications device retail, or multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in PAYG, device financing, or installment-credit management targeting low-income consumer segments.
- Deep familiarity with regional retail corridors, trade clusters, and multi-site floor management.
- Strong digital literacy including proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region to conduct store visits, coaching sessions, and audits.
