About the Role
De Tastee Group is a leading quick-service restaurant, outdoor caterer, and hospitality outfit renowned for producing sumptuous meals in a stringent hygienic environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless coordination between various sections to deliver unforgettable experiences to our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor operational budgets, control expenses, and implement effective cost-reduction strategies.
- Supervise section schedules and facilitate continuous training for sales and production managers.
- Review operating reports with unit heads and develop comprehensive summaries for senior management.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Audit and Accounts to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.
- Maintain strict quality control, ensuring that delicious food is produced and served according to exact recipes at all times.
- Ensure zero stock-outs, manage raw material availability, and conduct rigorous quality checks.
- Uphold the highest standards of personnel and environmental hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Drive customer satisfaction, maintain a reliable customer database, and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in restaurant operations, production management, or the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional data analytics skills with the ability to interpret financial data and set achievable production goals.
