About the Role
CourierPlus, a leading logistics and distribution services company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our operations across the Northern region. In this strategic role, you will oversee daily activities across our Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, revenue growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and motivate regional operational teams to achieve key performance indicators.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive operational performance reports to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry.
- Must currently reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate immediately.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight operational targets.
