We are currently looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Specialist to bridge central brand directives with local market execution in the Northeast. In this role, you will champion brand dominance and customer acquisition by leveraging localized insights to make Moniepoint the preferred choice for consumers and businesses alike.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will execute regional marketing strategies that translate our physical and digital presence into measurable growth in market share and active accounts.
- Develop and execute quarterly regional marketing calendars tailored to local cultural and economic nuances.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and ensure high-impact spending.
- Act as the regional brand guardian, overseeing visual identity standards across branches, ATMs, and local media.
- Design and execute high-energy neighborhood activations and market storms to generate immediate leads.
- Build strategic relationships with trade unions, community leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate market entry.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable monthly intelligence reports to the central team.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with grassroots marketing experience in the Nigerian market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive marketing experience within FinTech, Financial Services, FMCG, or Telecommunications.
- Demonstrated expertise in local media buying, vendor negotiation, and project management.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing market data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
