Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic medical and operational leadership for regional healthcare activities and service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and clinical standards of healthcare services delivered to members.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with accredited healthcare providers within the assigned region.
- Review medical utilization data to identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency and quality management.
- Facilitate the prompt resolution of complex clinical escalations and member-related issues.
- Monitor provider performance metrics to ensure strict adherence to established Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate effectively with central medical operations and cross-functional internal departments.
- Provide expert clinical and operational guidance to support regional team members.
- Prepare comprehensive regional medical operations reports for executive management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Must be a qualified Medical Doctor with a valid practicing license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with relevant background in healthcare management or HMO operations.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with proven experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
