We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dentist to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional, patient-centered oral healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive dental consultations, examinations, and accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and execute appropriate treatment plans for various dental conditions.
- Perform general dental procedures within your demonstrated competence, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care.
- Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, alternatives, and expected outcomes to patients while securing informed consent.
- Maintain accurate, complete clinical records and provide clear post-treatment instructions.
- Recognize complex cases requiring specialist management and refer patients appropriately.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and sterilization standards.
- Collaborate effectively with dental nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in professional oral-health education and clinic awareness activities when required.
- Hold a BDS, BChD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
- Possess a current registration and valid practicing licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Completed or legally exempted from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
- Competitive monthly salary of N450,000 to N500,000.
- Lucrative 10% procedure-based commission.
