About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Provider Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in managing our extensive network of hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture productive relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor provider performance, service quality, and adherence to agreed service standards.
- Conduct routine provider visits and spearhead targeted provider engagement activities.
- Address provider concerns promptly and coordinate effective resolutions with internal teams.
- Support seamless provider onboarding, credentialing, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate closely with medical operations, claims, and customer service departments.
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance provider performance and elevate member experiences.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on provider activities, emerging issues, and overall performance metrics.
- Possession of an MBBS, B.NSc., or Registered Nurse degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, HMO operations, or provider network management.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian healthcare service delivery and insurance regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical reporting.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
