About the Role

Jaza Energy is the premier last-mile energy company building innovative solar energy charging stations and renting batteries in off-grid communities. We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Regional Inventory Officer to join our fast-paced, agile supply chain team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will own end-to-end stock integrity at our regional fulfillment center, eliminating inaccuracies and establishing a fully auditable inventory environment that supports our mission of expanding clean energy access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end inventory integrity from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch and reverse logistics
  • Execute serialized Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) with strict Purchase Order linkage and three-way match validation
  • Enforce bin-level location control across a structured six-zone warehouse environment
  • Quarantine non-conforming inventory promptly and maintain clear segregation of stock conditions
  • Coordinate inbound scheduling and collaborate with Finance for landed cost reconciliation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with IMS, WMS, or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) warehouse standards, including battery handling
  • Proven expertise in cycle counting, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for advanced reporting and data analysis
