About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Controls and Assurance Lead to drive excellence in our supply chain governance, risk management, and process optimization frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Procurement Controls and Assurance Lead, you will own the end-to-end SCM process design, compliance frameworks, ICFR evidence trails, and master-data agenda across the Group, while directly managing the SCM Systems/Master Data Analyst and Nigerian Content Coordinator. Your daily and periodic responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining the comprehensive SCM Manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick reference guides (QRGs), and process maps.
- Running the quarterly SCM Process Optimisation Review (SCPOR) cycle and issuing the corresponding optimisation bulletin to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintaining the ICFR evidence trail, operating ICFR controls, maintaining the exception register, and delivering quarterly control reporting while jointly closing audit findings with Internal Audit.
- Managing policy and manual documentation across Tiers II to IV to ensure strict adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
To be successful in this pivotal role at Oilserv Limited, candidates must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CIPS, or an ICFR/governance-related certification are strongly preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, SCM governance, compliance, or process excellence, ideally within the EPCIC or oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical capability and hands-on experience with GEP/SAP systems governance and advanced data analytics.
