About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the onshore, offshore, and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic Shipping, Customs & Expediting Specialist to support our supply chain operations and ensure the seamless delivery of critical project materials.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Coordinator in post-order expediting, customs documentation, and clearing across all Group shipments.
- Expedite critical and long-lead items strictly against approved delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process comprehensive customs documentation for import and export shipments.
- Follow up on committed dates and obtain verifiable evidence of production progress from vendors.
- Verify the complete import documentation set thoroughly before dispatching shipments.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in expediting, customs documentation, or freight and clearing operations.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian customs processes, tariffs, and shipping documentation requirements.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or logistics tracking systems.
