We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Human Resources Manager to drive HR operations, shape workforce strategy, and support our rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead talent acquisition and comprehensive workforce planning across all business functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, with a strong focus on construction and technical operations.
  • Partner closely with executive management to align human resources strategies with broader business goals.
  • Drive performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives to maximize team productivity.
  • Foster positive employee engagement and effectively manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, seamless policy implementation, and strict statutory compliance.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate impactful learning and development initiatives to build internal organizational capability.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives across other affiliated business entities as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive human resources experience spanning multiple functional areas.
  • Proven professional HR background within the real estate, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting both white-collar professionals and blue-collar site workers for major projects.
  • Strong experience partnering with leadership teams to support operational and commercial objectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HR data and metrics to drive business decisions and process improvements.
