We are looking for an exceptional Head, People & Culture to spearhead our human resources strategy, champion our corporate values, and optimize talent management to support our ambitious growth across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels and attract top-tier professionals.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness programs, and initiatives that continuously strengthen our employer brand and workplace culture.
- Lead robust talent management, retention strategies, and succession planning frameworks for critical business positions.
- Oversee performance management systems, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and the alignment of individual goals with corporate objectives.
- Ensure competitive, equitable compensation and benefits structures that comply with regulatory standards and reward governance.
- Manage employee relations, champion conflict resolution, and maintain a harmonious, inclusive working environment.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance agility and operational efficiency.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce dashboards to generate actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Active professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, HRCI, or CIPD.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years operating in a senior HR leadership role within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management, organizational development, compensation governance, and advanced HR analytics.
