We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Regional HR Manager to join our growing team in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily HR operations, employee relations, and create a supportive work environment.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, accurately processing attendance, salaries, commissions, and deductions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive performance management cycles and manage disciplinary matters effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and provide timely updates to management.
- Follow up on assigned tasks proactively, ensuring timely completion and transparent communication of potential delays.
- BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional HR experience.
- Proven expertise in HR operations and meticulous payroll management.
- Solid understanding of employee relations and standard Nigerian HR practices.
- Strong communication, execution, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Mandatory residency in Ibadan.
- Prior experience in a fintech or sales-driven organization is a strong added advantage.
