About the Role
Heirs Insurance Ltd is a dynamic general insurance company challenging traditional insurance standards by providing simple, accessible, and reliable protection for vehicles, homes, and businesses across Nigeria. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head - South to lead our expansion, profitability, and operational excellence in the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive business growth, revenue generation, and overall profitability across the Southern region.
- Provide strategic leadership to the South Region Sales Team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee regional sales, distribution networks, customer experience initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients to expand our market share.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies across all regional touchpoints.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in general insurance, with significant exposure to corporate and institutional businesses.
- Professional insurance qualifications such as the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and advanced business analytics.
