Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage regional budgets, financial models, and strategic forecasts.
- Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with IFRS.
- Monitor and optimize production and operating costs, focusing on energy, logistics, and raw materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with regional tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal audit controls.
- Manage working capital, liquidity, and treasury operations across subsidiaries.
- Act as a strategic business partner to plant managers and commercial teams, offering actionable financial insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional finance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Mandatory professional certification including ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing, heavy industry, or multi-plant operations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, cost accounting, and strategic business analysis.
