About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is digitising Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are looking for an ambitious Regional Field Sales Manager to drive acquisition and conversion performance across the North Central region of Nigeria by recruiting, managing, and coaching a dedicated team of Field Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Field Sales Agents across assigned states, providing daily direction, motivation, and hands-on field support.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for field agents to maintain a robust talent bench and ensure optimal regional staffing levels.
- Drive region-level acquisition targets, monitor daily field activity metrics, and intervene proactively to address performance gaps.
- Ensure process adherence, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate seamless customer onboarding handoffs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and operations teams to relay vital market insights and field feedback.
- 4 to 5 years of total professional experience in field sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the Nigerian market.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory, team lead, or regional coordination capacity.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, building, and managing commission-based sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-informed, people-first management and coaching style.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical field sales experience.
