About the Role
Inguest Global Partners Limited, one of Africa's foremost People Consulting Firms, is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer acquisition, growing retail banking volumes, and championing innovative products for individuals and small to medium-scale enterprises.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition and grow retail business volumes by facilitating various account openings.
- Provide actionable market feedback to the sales and product management teams regarding existing and new product developments.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive accounts through branch visits, proxy processing, and USSD channels.
- Onboard new and existing customers onto digital platforms, including mobile apps, internet banking, and USSD.
- Cross-sell value-added products to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and enhance customer value.
- Propose strategic initiatives and creative ideas to improve overall productivity and achieve team milestones.
- Develop and execute effective customer retention strategies, such as customer engagement initiatives and gamification.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales or marketing.
- Must be exceptionally smart, target-driven, and tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and confidentiality.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N180,000 to N230,000 (negotiable based on experience).
