About the Role

Jaza Energy, a pioneering last-mile solar energy company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Coordinator to lead our operations in Osun, Nigeria. In this critical line-management role, you will act as the regional business owner, overseeing solar charging station operations, driving profitability, and managing a high-performing field team to bring sustainable energy to off-grid communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regional P&L, develop innovative growth strategies, and keep operational costs under strict control.
  • Drive customer acquisition to achieve monthly recurring revenue targets and maintain high active customer numbers per hub.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of regional Jaza Stars, Super Stars, and Tech Stars.
  • Ensure stringent inventory management and compliance, keeping missing packs and losses to a minimum.
  • Resolve service interruptions, manage customer complaints, and ensure optimal hub uptime in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and represent the company in regional legal affairs.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports, monthly growth plans, and quarterly competitor SWOT analyses.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and operations management.
  • Deep understanding of last-mile community sales, rural customer acquisition, and grassroots distribution networks.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating, and coaching junior sales executives and field teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, regional planning, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
