About the Role
Jaza Energy, a pioneering last-mile solar energy company, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Regional Coordinator to lead our operations in Ondo. In this role, you will act as a regional business owner, managing profit and loss, driving customer acquisition in off-grid communities, and leading a high-performing team of local staff. Key Responsibilities- Manage regional P&L, develop growth plans, and keep operational costs under control to achieve monthly recurring revenue targets.
- Oversee regional inventory compliance, ensuring lost and overstocked packs are kept below strict target thresholds.
- Lead the recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching of regional staff and community agents.
- Resolve service interruptions, maintain hub uptime, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, government officials, and communities.
- Submit comprehensive weekly progress reports, monthly growth plans, and quarterly competitor SWOT analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or operational leadership.
- Deep understanding of last-mile community sales, customer acquisition, and off-grid markets in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating, and developing junior field teams.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
