About the Role
Jaza Energy, a pioneering last-mile energy company building solar charging stations and renting batteries in off-grid communities, is seeking a results-driven Regional Coordinator to lead our operations in Abeokuta, Ogun State. In this pivotal line manager and regional business owner role, you will report directly to the Country Business Operations Lead and drive regional profitability, operational excellence, and team success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage regional profit and loss (P&L) by developing innovative growth plans aligned with company objectives and keeping operational costs under control.
- Oversee regional inventory compliance, maintaining missing pack rates below 1% and achieving 0% lost packs using advanced inventory processes.
- Drive customer acquisition to achieve an average of 120 active customers per hub and meet monthly recurring revenue targets.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching for regional Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars, and Tech Stars.
- Resolve service interruptions, manage customer service experiences at the hub level, and ensure high technical uptime.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and represent the company in regional legal affairs.
- Submit comprehensive weekly progress reports, monthly growth plans with DDD structures, and quarterly SWOT competitor analysis reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
- Deep understanding of last-mile community sales, customer acquisition, and grassroots distribution models.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate junior teams.
