About the Role

In this strategic leadership role, you will leverage your deep understanding of regional market dynamics to drive revenue growth, forge high-impact partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to our diverse clientele in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market expansion targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances within the South East region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing regional teams to foster a culture of excellence and high engagement.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent H. Pierson Associates at high-level networking events, industry conferences, and client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in executive-level business development, operations management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on the public sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian regional business environments and market dynamics.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders effectively.
