About the Role
d.light, a global leader in empowering lives with affordable solar energy solutions, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to oversee our operations in Ondo and Ekiti states. In this vital leadership role, you will champion our mission to provide clean, reliable power while scaling our regional market presence across retail, partnerships, and PAYGO channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the formulation and execution of tactical sales strategies, business plans, and regional budgets.
- Optimize Route To Market (RTM) and distributor development to drive numeric distribution growth and sales revenue.
- Oversee regional Opex management to optimize key cost drivers and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Champion customer experience and brand visibility through excellent trade marketing execution.
- Provide market intelligence insights to counter competition and protect market share.
- Manage, coach, and develop team capability through regular field accompaniments and performance reviews.
- Ensure the effective management of all company assets within the designated region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, telecom, or the renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of the Ondo and Ekiti regional markets.
