We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving regional growth, expanding our market presence in the industrial boiler sector, and leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure agreed sales targets, customer service levels, and logistics metrics are achieved or exceeded within budgetary frameworks.
- Act as the key relationship manager for top-tier customer executives through regular visits and engagement.
- Expand market position across all industrial boiler fields by forecasting future sales and service needs.
- Directly manage key accounts and monitor competitor activities and market trends in the region.
- Develop and implement country channel and sales strategies in alignment with business unit objectives.
- Recruit, select, train, coach, audit, and motivate regional associates to build a high-performing multicultural workforce.
- Analyze user and competitor trends, introducing timely sales countermeasures and product recommendations.
- Minimum of a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Service Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is a strong advantage.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational manufacturing or industrial company.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven leadership experience managing multicultural workforces and diverse teams.
- Strong product knowledge of industrial boiler systems and related technologies with a track record in P&L management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills targeting senior-level stakeholders.
