Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles for engineering, power, technical, and corporate positions across multiple locations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and develop targeted, effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, industry contacts, and professional networks.
- Build and proactively maintain a robust pipeline of electrical, mechanical, maintenance, and project engineers.
- Screen resumes, evaluate technical competencies, and conduct thorough competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate technical and executive interviews, ensuring seamless communication and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, gather market intelligence, and support competitive offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and deliver comprehensive weekly or monthly hiring reports.
- Handle urgent and bulk recruitment needs while consistently meeting agreed-upon Time-to-Fill metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of solid recruitment experience, with a heavy focus on engineering, power, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring Electrical, Mechanical, Power Plant, Maintenance, and Project Engineers, plus technicians and operators.
- Advanced proficiency in modern sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Prior working experience within engineering, power, EPC, construction, or manufacturing environments is a distinct advantage.
- Relevant HR professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will serve as an added advantage.
