About the Role
Royal Farms Integrated Products Limited, a leading Nigerian agribusiness and food distribution company headquartered in Aba, Abia State, is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager. Established in 2014, we specialize in the large-scale supply, cold storage, and logistics of premium agro-allied commodities nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources professional to lead our people operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and align HR strategies with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent for various departments.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs for staff.
- Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies across all operations.
- Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare programs efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the agricultural, FMCG, or logistics sector.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI, CIPD) is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership capability with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
