We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing recruitment briefs, sourcing exceptional talent, and serving as a trusted liaison between clients and candidates to ensure successful hiring outcomes across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment briefs from various clients to ensure all hires align strictly with their specific requirements and company culture.
- Source and reach out to qualified candidates for open roles utilizing professional networks, social media platforms, and databases.
- Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and resume screening to final job offers.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews for roles ranging from junior to executive levels.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define job qualification criteria and develop effective assessment methods.
- Maintain an updated and robust database of candidates for frequent and high-demand job roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a numerate, business-related, or humanities discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of cognate work experience in Human Resources or Business Development.
- Prior experience working within a consulting environment will be a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal abilities with a knack for talent spotting.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment marketing, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation metrics.
