About the Role

Solarity Plus Ltd is a leading solar developer registered and operating in Nigeria, specializing in the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (REEE) sector. We provide comprehensive energy services to MSMEs, commercial, and industrial entities while distributing affordable solar solutions ranging from solar lanterns to home systems and productive use energy. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team on the Lagos Mainland (covering Shomolu, Yaba, Maryland, Ojuelegba, Bariga, Gbagada, and environs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Design engaging recruitment materials, company announcements, and training presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, labor trends, and employee engagement strategies to support organizational growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with strong organizational and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation tools, specifically Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with top-notch interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when managing confidential data.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
