About the Role

Coinbox Limited is a multi-dimensional consulting firm providing comprehensive business development and support services to start-ups, SMEs, large enterprises, and government agencies. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our growing human resources team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing client staffing projects, identifying top-tier talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our vast clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and posting compelling job adverts across appropriate job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening of CVs and applications to match candidates accurately to specific client job requirements.
  • Coordinate and seamlessly schedule interviews between prospective candidates and hiring managers or clients.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and talent pipelines within the company recruitment database.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive candidate profiles and shortlisting reports for client review.
  • Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment lifecycle.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation, reporting, and onboarding support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support roles.
  • Previous working experience in a consulting firm will be a distinct added advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software is an added advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality.
