About the Role
Total Data Limited (TDL), a well-established and leading internet service provider operating since 1994, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment / Learning & Development Executive. In this dual-focus role, you will be instrumental in meeting the talent acquisition and training needs of TDL and its valued clients, directly contributing to our overarching business growth objectives in the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit suitable candidates for internal and client vacancies while driving new recruitment business opportunities.
- Ensure recruitment briefs are met in line with SLAs, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and time-to-source metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive data pools of potential candidates and expert faculty members.
- Develop, implement, and track budgets for learning strategies and programs including coaching, job shadowing, and online training.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure outsourced personnel receive adequate technical and soft skills training.
- Market and position the company's recruitment and training services as viable commercial business lines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory labor laws, and audit requirements.
- Minimum of a First Degree from a recognized tertiary institution; higher degrees or professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of cognate human resources experience, specifically within an HR generalist function.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR analytics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, time management, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in IT literacy and modern HR database systems.
