We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workplace culture, optimizing talent management, and aligning HR strategies with our overarching business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line managers and business leaders to provide effective HR support and strategic people solutions.
  • Support comprehensive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and strategic employee deployment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and support impactful performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in strict accordance with company policies.
  • Identify employee training and development needs and support the implementation of relevant learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics, including headcount, employee turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and people-related initiatives across assigned business functions seamlessly.
  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable Nigerian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and provide actionable insights to support executive management decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and general HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent will be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with integrity, maintain strict confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.
