Food Concepts Plc, the visionary pioneer behind popular brands like Chicken Republic, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Associate to join our Human Resources team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in revolutionizing the West African food sector by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our rapid expansion and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring all vacancies are filled efficiently with credible and qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain robust internal and external talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, personality assessments, and comprehensive pre-employment background checks, including guarantor and reference verifications.
- Ensure seamless staff onboarding by preparing all necessary work tools, documentation, and compliance materials.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting, tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and internal control processes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
- Active membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or relevant professional body.
- 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably within the retail, QSR, or fast-paced service industry.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
