We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruiter to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this dual-focused role, you will seamlessly combine business development prowess with end-to-end recruitment expertise to connect top-tier talent with exceptional clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new B2B clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts.
- Own the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from initial job intake and client briefings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage advanced sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to attract active and passive candidates.
- Conduct rigorous screening and competency-based interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Provide strategic market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and expert hiring advice to valued clients.
- Maintain immaculate candidate and client records within the company ATS/CRM platform while consistently meeting performance KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a 360 or full-cycle recruiter within a fast-paced agency or talent acquisition environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems, and professional networking platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a distinct advantage.
