About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the proud pioneer of the food court concept in Nigeria and the force behind the renowned Chicken Republic brand, is looking for a results-driven Recruitment Associate to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract, source, and hire top-tier professionals to support our rapid growth across West Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment coordination.
- Build and maintain robust internal and external talent pipelines for present and future business needs.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive necessary work tools, documentation, and orientation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal control processes, and Nigerian labor laws.
- Generate comprehensive recruitment analytics and reports, tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel efficiency.
- Conduct thorough reference and guarantor checks while managing all recruitment documentation accurately.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Active membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or other relevant professional bodies.
- 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within the retail, QSR, or fast-paced service industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern talent sourcing methodologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks autonomously.
