We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Process Specialist to join our growing human resources team in the Federal Capital Territory. In this vital role, you will help shape the operational efficiency of our institution, ensuring that our workforce is well-supported, compliant, and equipped to nurture future global leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of institutional HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and general HR operations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical, innovative improvements to management.
- Support HRIS administration, data management, and generate insightful reports.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with internal policies and Nigerian labour regulations.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and provide data-driven analytical insights to leadership.
- Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional HR experience, preferably within an educational or structured corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and labour laws.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Active professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD will be a distinct advantage.
