About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join our human resources team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our talent acquisition initiatives, helping us attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end hiring process for new recruits, including managing pre-employment screenings, travel arrangements, and relocation logistics.
- Coordinate career fairs, university engagement programs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Maintain and update requisition, sourcing, and job advertising databases accurately.
- Manage new employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Organize comprehensive logistics for candidate assessment sessions and interviews.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application statuses, updates, and inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and employee engagement initiatives within the HR department.
- Ensure strict adherence to Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines across all recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Science, Industrial Relations, or a related Social Science field.
- Must be a recent graduate within the last two years of post-graduation.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and translate new concepts into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
