We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist - Reward, Performance & Talent Acquisition to join our high-performing Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will provide specialist support across reward structures, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR analytics, actively contributing to the effective delivery of our corporate HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage competitive reward and compensation programs, including payroll administration.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and successfully closing professional and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage the performance management process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Utilize HR analytics to generate actionable workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex HR challenges and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant HR experience with deep exposure to reward, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with working knowledge of Power BI and HRIS or payroll systems considered a strong advantage.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent body.
