About the Role
Skingenic Pro Esthetics and Brownskingirl BSG Skincare are expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated People & Culture Manager to join our premier medical spa and professional skin clinic in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. As our HR lead, you will shape our workplace culture, drive talent acquisition, and champion employee engagement as we pioneer advanced, evidence-based dermatological procedures and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies to attract top-tier professionals in aesthetics and administration.
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems, employee development programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture aligned with our mission of innovation, science, and healthy skin.
- Manage employee relations, HR compliance, compensation structures, and workplace policies in accordance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Act as a strategic business partner to leadership, advising on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in HR management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, retail, or healthcare sectors in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive company culture and support a growing, dynamic team.
