About the Role
Backline Outsourcing is building its recruitment function from scratch, and you will be the founding hire for this pivotal role. Your mandate is to place Doctors, Nurses, and Radiographers across global markets at a high volume of 16 to 30 verified hires per month. Key Responsibilities- Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, and allied health professionals globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards.
- Screen and assess clinical candidates rigorously against specific and demanding client role requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate seamless end-to-end, client-facing interview logistics.
- Maintain complete, accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS for every active candidate.
- Build reusable, scalable sourcing pipelines for each healthcare discipline across targeted global markets.
- Track, measure, and report daily placement activity against ambitious monthly targets of 16 to 30 hires.
- Proven, demonstrable experience in healthcare recruitment and clinical candidate sourcing.
- Track record of achieving consistent solo high-volume placement results and pipeline building.
- Proficiency in ATS data management, candidate screening, and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Bonus points for healthcare licensing and credentialing knowledge, commission-based recruitment experience, and multi-country healthcare regulatory awareness.
- Strong autonomous work ethic with the ability to set daily priorities and resolve blockers proactively without waiting for management direction.
