About the Role

Total Data Limited (TDL), a well-established full-service internet provider operating since 1994, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Development Partner. In this role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and driving operational HR excellence across our organization in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR interface for assigned departments and clients, offering professional guidance on people processes, appraisals, coaching, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Identify recruitment needs, forecast critical skill requirements, and implement effective hiring plans to fill vacant positions promptly.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, organize impactful Learning and Development programs, and review curriculums with department heads.
  • Monitor and manage grievance and disciplinary processes while ensuring full compliance with company policies, handbooks, and labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, enhance retention, and maintain a high-performing, collaborative work culture.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports covering performance, analytics, and activity metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; higher degrees or professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) are a strong advantage.
  • At least 5 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on HR generalist functions.
  • Deep knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, industrial relations, and modern HR policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and people management skills with high IT literacy.
