About the Role
Faplin Boutique Hotel is a premium, contemporary hospitality establishment located on Ijeddo Street, Otokutu, Delta State, Nigeria. Operating under the guiding philosophy of Comfort, Elegance & Unforgettable Experiences, our boutique property delivers a sophisticated home away from home experience tailored to corporate and leisure travelers. We are currently seeking a polished and dedicated Receptionist to join our front-of-house team and serve as the warm, welcoming face of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.
- Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Process guest billings, payments, and maintain accurate daily financial transaction records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are pristine and ready.
- Provide reliable information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel directions.
- Resolve any guest concerns or complaints swiftly with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate or relevant diploma in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven previous experience working as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Impeccable personal presentation, grooming, and professional deportment.
