Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and instructions to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Public Health.
- Lead innovative and impactful research initiatives that contribute significantly to the field of public health and secure relevant grants.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic quality assurance.
- Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to faculty development and departmental growth.
- Engage in community service and institutional outreach programs that promote public health awareness and societal wellbeing.
- Must possess a PhD in Public Health or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of post-PhD academic teaching and research experience.
- Must have served as a Senior Lecturer for a minimum of two (2) years prior to this application.
- A robust academic portfolio with at least twenty (20) peer-reviewed publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Demonstrated leadership capacity in academic administration and student mentorship.
