Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentoring within the Cyber Security department.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish significant peer-reviewed scholarly articles in reputable national and international journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committee meetings and administrative duties.
- Engage in community service and foster collaborations with relevant industry partners and professional bodies.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Cyber Security or a closely related relevant field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 9 years of full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong portfolio of significant peer-reviewed scholarly publications in reputable national and international outlets.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies and associations.
- Competitive remuneration package based on the KDUTSS 06 salary structure, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
