About the Role
Zaytuna Madrasa is seeking a visionary, dedicated, and experienced Head of Nursery Department to lead our early childhood education section. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and curriculum delivery of the nursery department, ensuring a seamless blend of foundational Islamic studies and early childhood academics.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate nursery tutors to maintain high standards of teaching and foster positive teacher-pupil relationships.
- Monitor student progress and implement effective learning strategies tailored to young minds.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure holistic development and open communication regarding student welfare.
- Organize engaging extracurricular activities and Quranic memorization programs suited for nursery-aged children.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Education, Early Childhood Care, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a reputable school, madrasa, or early learning center.
- Strong understanding of nursery education methodologies coupled with sound Islamic and Quranic knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a passion for child development.
