About the Role
Blue Coral Healthcare Services (BCHS) is dedicated to delivering affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare of international standards. We are currently looking for a skilled Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team and report directly to the Managing Director, ensuring clinical excellence across all imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including MRI, CT scans, Mammography, and Ultrasound.
- Supervise intern radiographers, nurses, and radiology staff while scheduling examinations and assigning personnel.
- Execute complex interventional procedures such as image-guided biopsies and trans-hepatic biliary drainage.
- Implement stringent protocols regarding infection control, patient safety, resuscitation, and radiation protection.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to evaluate patient history, discuss diagnoses, and determine appropriate medical pathways.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all imaging outcomes, quality control measures, and patient records.
- Participate in departmental audits, continuous education, and quality improvement programs.
- A recognized medical degree and completion of all required Medical Licensing Examinations.
- Membership, Fellowship, or Board Certification in Radiology, with or without sub-specialties.
- Demonstrated expertise in patient management, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic patient care skills.
- Strong IT proficiency and awareness of information governance standards.
